My mission is to help you experience the power within to change your life.
Over the past 15 years, I have gained extensive experience working in diverse settings with a wide range of roles, from young professionals, and first responders to executive leadership roles.
I am passionate about helping professionals navigate high-pressure environments, addressing challenges like perfectionism, people-pleasing tendencies, and relational issues.
Witnessing clients achieve their "aha" moments and embrace small but transformative changes in their lives is deeply fulfilling.
A bit about me personally:
I love taking mindful walks and hikes, dance, and spend time with my scottish terrier Charlie. Home cooked food and great company is how I love to socialize. I have a garden that makes me smile.
Sierra Wei, ASW 96120
I am a client-centered, attachment theory based therapist with experience treating complex trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression in children. My preferred interventions include CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Trauma Focused -CBT, mindfulness, expressive arts, and play-based interventions. I choose my interventions based on the developmental and emotional readiness of my clients.
Having parent participation is essential for a child’s success in therapy! I have extensive experience with parent coaching and teach Positive Discipline parenting courses.
A bit about me personally:
I love to travel! Having worked in Peru as an Au pair gave me the opportunity to develop fluency in Spanish. Traveling has now been put on hold while I raise my own young children, but am looking forward to sharing many adventures with them as they grow!
